Dispatch and Shipping
We process all orders with care and discretion. Most items will be dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed after 12 pm AEST on Friday or on a weekend will be processed the next business day.
Shipping times are estimates. While we endeavour to meet our quoted delivery windows, delays may occur due to courier schedules, customs clearance, or factors outside our control.
Discreet Packaging
Your privacy matters to us. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging without identifying details of either the product or our brand. Invoices and dispatch notifications list only the name Aphra Luxe.
Shipping Options & Costs
We offer standard and express shipping options. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the chosen service and destination.

Shipping to Australia
Standard shipping within Australia is typically 2–5 business days from dispatch for metropolitan addresses.
Regional, rural, or remote locations may take longer.
International Shipping
We also ship internationally (where available). Please note that international shipments may be subject to duties, taxes or customs fees, you are responsible for any such charges. Delivery timeframes vary by destination.
Risk & Title
Once your package is handed to the courier, risk and title to the goods transfer to you. We are not liable for any loss or damage occurring after dispatch.
Failed Delivery & Returns
If delivery fails (for example, due to an incorrect address or unattended parcel requiring collection), the package will be returned to us and you may be responsible for any re-delivery or return shipping costs.
If you change your mind after dispatch and request a return, standard return terms apply (see our Return & Refund Policy) and you must arrange your own shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor delivery progress. If you do not receive a dispatch email within 3 business days, please contact our Customer Care team.
Customs & Import Fees
For international orders, you are responsible for any customs, import duties or local taxes imposed by your country. Aphra Luxe is not liable for delays caused by customs procedures or any charges resulting from them.
