The trainers are made from smooth, body-safe silicone and feature flexible retrieval loops for easy removal. Charging takes approximately 100 minutes. Clean each trainer before and after use with an approved toy cleaner, allow it to dry completely before storage and use only with a quality water-based lubricant.
